Yoga for Golfers Workshop

Are you experiencing frustration with your golf swing because your hips and upper back are tight and your core seems weak? 

Through learning yoga postures and breathing techniques, you can shift your golf game experience from pain and frustration to one of of ease and enjoyment! Join Kari Swenson MS, Certified Yoga Instructor as she leads you through a 1.5 hour workshop on breathing exercises and key yoga poses to increase mobility and stability in the three key areas to your golf swing:
• The Hips/Glutes
• The Core/Pelvis
• The Scapula (shoulder blades)/Upper Back

Yoga mats and props are provided. Participants will receive a handout of the yoga poses conducted in the workshop. Wear clothing you can move freely in.

Fitness Center Classes:

All classes are 50 minutes unless otherwise noted.

Boot Camp

Consists of a series of various exercises, targeting your entire body while keeping things fun and exciting.

Gentle Yoga

This is a Level 1 class for those who desire to increase body awareness, strength, balance and flexibility.

H.I.I.T.   (High Intensity Interval Training)

This 30 minute interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance, boost your metabolism and get you ready to start your day.

Pilates

Pilates is a form of strength and flexibility training that can be done by someone at any level of fitness.  Classes take place on a mat.

Locker Services

We are excited tolocker room now offer locker rental services for our members in the locker rooms. If you are interested in renting a locker, please let the front desk know. There will be a $25/month rental fee that we can charge to your account. Lockers are available on a first come, first served basis and space is limited.
