Fitness Center Classes:
All classes are 50 minutes unless otherwise noted.
Consists of a series of various exercises, targeting your entire body while keeping things fun and exciting.
This is a Level 1 class for those who desire to increase body awareness, strength, balance and flexibility.
H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training)
This 30 minute interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance, boost your metabolism and get you ready to start your day.
Pilates is a form of strength and flexibility training that can be done by someone at any level of fitness. Classes take place on a mat.
Take your workout outdoors with this class in the warm water pool while enjoying breathtaking views of the Teton Mountains. Designed to build strength, cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility.
This class is great for beginners and is a fabulous compliment to your golf game or any workout program with lots of stretching, core and balance work.
Move your body to fun music — includes light weights to build strength.
We are excited to now offer locker rental services for our members in the locker rooms. If you are interested in renting a locker, please let the front desk know. There will be a $25/month rental fee that we can charge to your account. Lockers are available on a first come, first served basis and space is limited.
