Member and Guest Policies

Thank you for becoming a member to this great and unique course, we are happy to have you as a member. There are several things that you will need to know so that everyone can enjoy the course. These policies are put in place to make sure that the course is kept in great condition and uphold the valuable experience.

  • Dress Code for golf course and driving range
    • Men
      • Collared shirts with tails tucked in
      • Slacks or shorts, no jeans of any kind
    • Women
      • Collared shirts
      • Slacks, shorts, skirts, and skorts  are all acceptable
  • Golf Carts
    • Carts should be driven on cart paths until you reach the first available turn off to the fairway
    • Rule 90 does not apply
    • Stay on paths on ALL par 3’s
    • Carts should be 30 yards from all greens or on the cart paths
    • Never drive in native lands or fescue
    • Handicap flags are available for those that need and ask for them
    • Carts are stocked with coolers full of water, a rake, and sand bottles
  • Golf Course
    • Bringing outside alcohol onto the golf course is strictly prohibited
    • Please respect the course by helping repair it
    • Sand divots
    • Fix ball marks
    • Rake sand traps
    • Never drive in or around staked areas. These are marked to give the grass time to recover.
  • Guest Policies
    • Members are responsible for the guests they bring and/or sponsor
    • Members are responsible for checking in guests and signing guest log
    • Members must call 24 hours ahead to book sponsored groups and must have all names of the guests
    • Each member has unlimited guest passes however each guest has limited number of rounds
    • Locals can play up to 3 times in a season, Non-locals can play up to 7 times
    • Sponsored groups can play any time after 11 AM
      • Any tee time that is made before 11 AM without a member present will be moved to next available time after 11 AM
    • Forecaddies are required for ALL member sponsored groups regardless of skill level or number of times playing the course
    • Guests must be accompanied with a member or forecaddie before leaving the parking lot to head to the range or course.
  • Guest Fees
    • Member Guest Fee (Accompanied by a member) $100
    • Member Sponsored Fee (Without a member) $125
    • Lodging guest fees $150
    • Reciprocal Fees $250
  • Forecaddies
    • There are forecaddies available for members but are not required
    • Forecaddies are limited so please reserve one when making tee times
    • All sponsored groups require a forecaddie
    • Forecaddie fees
      • $50 per player plus optional gratuity
  • Rental Clubs
    • We have rental clubs available for members and guests
    • Rentals are complimentary to members
    • Guests will be charged $50 for each rental set and each rental set includes a sleeve of golf balls
  • Golf Lessons
    • Members get complimentary lessons from the Huntsman Springs Golf Professionals. Independent teacher’s will charge their rate for all lessons
    • Any guest of members can schedule lessons with the Huntsman Springs Professional staff at the following rates:
      • PGA Class-A Golf Professional $100 per hour

PGA Apprentice $75 per hour

  • Golf Range
    • Hours of Operation
      • Open from 7:00 am to 7:00pm
      • Mondays and Wednesdays the range will be clean picked and will close at 7:00pm
    • Carts must remain on the path
    • Range balls are prohibited to be used on the golf course
  • Golf Shop
    • Hours of Operation
      • Open from 7:00 am to 7:00pm every day during season
