Pilates is a method of exercise and physical movement designed to stretch, strengthen, and balance the body. The original regime was designed over 100 years ago, and was instructed as the classical “matwork” series. Working from the body’s core, clients who regularly practice will achieve improvements in strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, and posture. Join us for a classical matwork pilates experience.
