For the overall safety and enjoyment of all Members and guests we are continually updating and refining our policies, so that we can offer you the best experience possible. Please read the following, as there have been some changes. New policies are indicated by the blue arrow ( ). We will continue to monitor these policies and make adjustments as needed. Thank you very much — your support is greatly appreciated.



•All Members and guests of Members using Huntsman Springs Resort Pool and pool area do so at their own risk. Huntsman Springs assumes no responsibility for accidents of any kind in or around the pool or for any ailments contracted.

All members and guests are required to register at the Wellness Center or at the pool before entering the facilities. Guests may come to the pool without a member as long as the sponsoring Member arranges their visit and payment details ahead of time. Guest fees can be paid either by the Member or guest.
Each member can bring unlimited guests but each guest is limited to 6 times per year to the Wellness Center & Pool and will be charged the applicable rate. A member may bring a maximum of 8 guests to the Wellness Center & Pool each day. Guest fees will be charged to the members’ account if the fee isn’t paid by the guest.
• Huntsman Springs staff shall not serve alcoholic beverages to anyone who is or appears to be intoxicated. The judgment of management concerning the state of intoxication will be final.
• Members and guests are asked to refrain from entering the kitchen area and back bar area unless accompanied by a professional Hunstman Springs staff member.
• Dogs or other pets (with the exception of service dogs) are not permitted within the fenced area of the pool at any time, regardless of whether they are on a leash or are attended. 
• Smoking is prohibited within the fenced area of The Watering Hole or pool. Anyone smoking on resort property must be 20 feet from any doorways.
Outside food and beverage is not permitted during The Barn or Watering Hole business    hours. 
Outside coolers are prohibited.
All pool parties must be scheduled through the Food & Beverage Manager, Rya Kirschner.
Huntsman Springs reserves the right to schedule programming (group fitness classes, 
swim lessons, birthday parties, camps, summer BBQs, etc.) in the pool or deck areas. 
Lap or open swimming may not be available at all times on all days. We will inform you of 
such events in advance via email, e-blast, flyers, or newsletter.
• Members shall not reprimand an employee of the club. All complaints or suggestions shall be addressed to management.
• Members shall treat employees with respect. Members shall not use derogatory or foul language while speaking with Huntsman Springs staff.


• Lifeguards are not on duty. All persons using the pool and hot tubs do so at their own risk. 
• Please wear proper swimwear; no cut-offs, shorts, leotards, thong suits, or T-shirts. 
• No glass containers of any kind are allowed. 

All food and beverage items must be stored and consumed at least four feet from the swimming pool.

• Please shower and rinse off any sunscreen or oils before entering the pool or hot tubs. 
• Persons having any considerable skin abrasion, open blisters, cuts, etc., may be excluded from the pool because of risk of possible infection of others.
• Report all injuries and incidents to a manager.
• Spitting, spouting of water, pushing, running, throwing an individual into water, towel popping, profanity, and all other dangerous objectionable conduct is prohibited.
• Water toys (beach balls, inflatable animals, and small inner tubes) may be used in the pool for entertainment of small children. Large inner tubes, full-size mattress, and other water toys will not be allowed. Kickboards, pull buoys, and hand paddles are permitted if used properly. No diving at any time. 
Please do not stand or sit on the lane lines at any time.
Lap lanes are for continuous lap swimming. When the lap pool is busy, swimmers must share lap lanes, and should circle swim when more than two swimmers are sharing a lane.
• Elderly persons, pregnant women, and persons with health conditions should consult with a physician before using the hot tubs
• Please use caution when using the hot tubs as long exposure may result in nausea, dizziness, or fainting.
Infants/children who are not toilet-trained and/or 3 years and younger must wear a swim diaper. Regular disposable and cloth diapers are prohibited. We have swim diapers for sale.
There will be a $150 fine for defecating or urinating in the pool, hot tubs, or anywhere on property. 
Members and guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult if entering the facilities after business hours. Children under 13 years old must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times. 
Children under 6 years old at the pool must be within arms length of an adult at all times even if the child is using a flotation device. 
• 1 adult (18 or older) for every 3 children 6 years and under
• 1 adult (18 or older) for every 6 children, 6 years to 12 years


• All children over age 5 must use gender appropriate locker rooms unless other arrangements have been made.
• Children under the age of 6 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. 

Every Member is responsible for themselves and their guests’ actions. As stated in your Membership agreement, failure to comply with the rules and policies can result in termination of your membership.


The Huntsman Springs Wellness Center & Spa is an excellent facility provided for the health and wellness benefit of our Members and their guests. We ask that all participants using the center please show respect and be mindful for the equipment and facility, and toward others using the center.
Follow the guidelines and procedures below for the safety of the participants, to maintain the equipment, and to assure cleanliness of the facility.

• Members and Guests must sign in each time they come in to use the fitness center. 
This is a wavier to use the facility and for our tracking records 
• All guests entering the Wellness Center after business hours must be registered and paid for during business hours.
• Consult your physician prior to undertaking exercise in the Fitness Center.
• Youth 13 and under are allowed to be in the Fitness Center if accompanied by a parent or guardian 18 and over, but are not allowed on the cardio or strength equipment. 
• Youth 14 to 17 are able to use the Fitness Center on their own if they sign a waiver, read and sign the wellness center policies, and go through an orientation with the wellness staff. 
• Huntsman Springs Certified Personal Trainers are here to support you in your training needs. Outside trainers are not allowed to train at Huntsman Springs. Contact the front desk to inquire about our personal training services. 
• Please comply with any request made or guidance provided by a Fitness Attendant. 
• Proper attire is required at all times. Shirts and athletic shoes must be worn. 
Sandals, open-toe shoes, and bare feet are not allowed.
• Plastic and metal water bottles are allowed. All other drinks, food, and glass containers 
are not allowed.
• Horseplay or loud offensive language will not be tolerated.

Cell phones must be silenced and phone conversations are not allowed in the fitness center. Cell phones may be used for text messaging, checking emails, or listening to music with head phones. They may not be used for taking pictures or recording video.

• Rearranging the fitness equipment and/or exercise machines is prohibited. 
• Please use a locker in the locker room to store your athletic bag or other personal items. Do not bring them with you into the Fitness Center
• Please adhere to a 30-minute time limit on cardio equipment when others are waiting. 
• Perform weight-lifting exercises properly, safely, and under control at all times. Please do not drop or slam weights.
• Please wipe perspiration off the cardio or weight machines after use. Disinfectant wipes are provided for this purpose.
• As a courtesy to your fellow Members, please return all dumbbells, weight plates, 
and handles to racks after use. 
• When performing more than one set on weight equipment, allow others to “work in” between your sets. No equipment (i.e., dumbbells, physio balls, stretching mats, etc.) in the Fitness Center may be taken to other parts of the club.
